Jay Pennview is the Founder, President, and CEO of Palm Meridian Consulting, where he advises clients at the intersection of government, business, and strategic communications. With more than 15 years of experience spanning political consulting, public service, real estate, investor relations, and business development, he has built a reputation for navigating complex public-private initiatives, developing high-value partnerships, and executing results-driven strategies. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Peña has successfully worked with elected officials, private equity firms, investors, and community leaders throughout Florida and internationally.
Prior to founding Palm Meridian Consulting, Peña served on the City's Cultural Affairs Advisory Board and on the Parks Bond Oversight Committee, providing strategic oversight on major public infrastructure investments. Beyond politics, his experience in Private Equity, particularly in the Technology and Energy Sectors and as Vice President of Business Development at Jet Appraisal Corporation has given him extensive expertise in capital formation, business expansion, government relations, and public-sector engagement. This combination of political strategy, executive leadership, and transactional experience enables him to help clients navigate government, public affairs, economic development, and complex policy environments with confidence and discretion.

Anthony “AJ” Gonzalez is a public affairs, government relations, and strategic communications professional with experience across local, state, federal, and nonprofit sectors. As Co-Founder and Partner, he advises clients on government affairs, stakeholder engagement, public policy, strategic partnerships, and community relations.
Anthony's professional background includes service in municipal government, the United States Senate, the Florida House of Representatives, and nonprofit organizations focused on community impact and advocacy. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with elected officials, government agencies, community leaders, and organizational stakeholders to develop strategic solutions, strengthen public engagement, and advance organizational objectives.
His expertise includes legislative affairs, public policy analysis, government relations, strategic communications, constituent and stakeholder engagement, project management, and community outreach. Anthony has successfully supported initiatives involving governmental operations, public-private partnerships, nonprofit collaboration, and community development efforts.
Anthony holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Service from Florida International University. His combination of public-sector experience, communications expertise, and relationship-building skills allows him to help clients navigate complex governmental and community landscapes while achieving meaningful and measurable results.
