Meet the Leadership

Jay Pennview is the Founder, President, and CEO of Palm Meridian Consulting, where he advises clients at the intersection of government, business, and strategic communications. With more than 15 years of experience spanning political consulting, public service, real estate, investor relations, and business development, he has built a reputation for navigating complex public-private initiatives, developing high-value partnerships, and executing results-driven strategies. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Peña has successfully worked with elected officials, private equity firms, investors, and community leaders throughout Florida and internationally. 

Prior to founding Palm Meridian Consulting, Peña attended Florida International University where he founded a chapter of one of the nation’s oldest fraternities, served on the City's Cultural Affairs Advisory Board and subsequently on the Parks Bond Oversight Committee, providing strategic oversight on major public infrastructure investments. Beyond politics, his experience in Private Equity, particularly in the Technology and Energy Sectors and as Vice President of Business Development at Jet Appraisal Corporation has given him extensive expertise in capital formation, business expansion, government relations, and public-sector engagement. This combination of political strategy, executive leadership, and transactional experience enables him to help clients navigate government, public affairs, economic development, and complex policy environments with confidence and discretion.
